MySchool’s Learning Resources Room and Library
One of the paramount facilities on campus is the library. MySchool library includes a variety of resources that cater to students, educators, and staff.
We believe that different types of resources like books, projects, maps, smart screens, iPads, and websites are essential tools for students to carry out their inquiries and construct knowledge and skills.
Everyone in the school has full access to the facilities in the Learning Resource Center (LRC). Teachers can reserve the room with the assistance of the librarian to provide meaningful learning experiences to their students.
As Margret Fuller said, “Today a reader, tomorrow a leader.” In MySchool, we encourage students to read; the library opens its door to PYP, MYP, and high school (DP) students to use the library any time of the day to read in a quiet, comfortable environment.
In psychology, some of the colors represent feelings, so we designed and painted the library with specific colors as we believe that colors make us feel positive and enable us to focus and learn more. Our repertoire also includes educational games. That way, we have made sure that we foster creativity, enthusiasm, and joy in our beloved students.
